About the Sender Information Tab for Integrated Customs Forms

The Sender Information tab is available when you open a label layout that includes integrated customs forms, such as International Label - Large.lyt or International Label - Small 6x4.lyt.

You can access the Sender Information tab through:

Postage Options by clicking the Postage Options button or selecting Postage > Options.
Print dialog box by clicking the Print button or selecting File > Print, and then click Postage Options button.
The layout by double-clicking the If non-deliverable box.

When you use a layout that includes the integrated customs form, you should indicate how to handle non-deliverable mailpieces.

The US Postal Service requires certain information to accurately send and track your package:

Sender Information ...MORE

Mailing Post Office ZIP Code: ...MORE

Instructions if non-deliverable ...MORE

About Saving Your Settings

When you save a layout, the settings, including the redirect address, is retained with the layout.

When you print a label, the settings, including the redirect address, is saved and is retained for the next label print. These settings are retained until the layout is reopened and the default settings will be set.

About Reprinting Through the Postage Log

The Postage Log does not store redirected address information. If you are reprinting an international layout with the Redirect to the following address option selected, you must re-enter the redirection address or select another option for Instructions if non-deliverable.
